Essential Needs Fund

  1. Purpose
    1. The Essential Needs Fund provides one-time assistance for essential household items that promote safety, dignity, and housing stability when no other funding source is available. 
    2. The fund exists to prevent deeper crisis by addressing material needs that are not covered by public or grant-funded programs. 
       
  2. Eligible Assistance
    1. The fund may support the purchase of essential household items, including but not limited to: 
      1. Beds and mattresses
      2. Bedding and linens
      3. Basic furniture
      4. Cribs and infant safety items
      5. Essential small appliances
    2. Other items necessary for health, safety, or housing stability
      All assistance is provided in-kind through direct purchase. Cash assistance is not permitted.
